Gourmet – Paris (75009) en

Here’s a video I really enjoyed. Saghir used to be the chef in a tiny pakistani shack that made amazing food in the 9th district. He’s no longer there, the restaurant disapeared, and it’s a big loss for that area. I had filmed this video with him, but had never published it, because I never finished it.  I just found it again and decided to put it up as is. You can’t understand everything he’s saying, « je filme a la one again » but you can’t replicate this vibe anywhere, his moves are precise, he cooks with simple ingredients, but his dishes had so much flavor.
