Le résumé
A discovery as I like: a Portugese restaurant that fills up because it’s cheap, fresh, efficient and good. In a word: full of life!
La petite histoire
I had to attend a the Meeting of Tourism of Val de Marne and I had planned to make a gourmet stop before it. A quick look at my list of places to try and hop!, I find the Saint Miguel restaurant, close to the RER station.
Le lieu
L'équipe
The owner is charming and working very effectively. And no complaints about waitresses – without saying anything, I didn’t have to wait for the dishes, bread or water.
Le repas
Menu of the day for 13,50 euros for an appetizer/main/dessert.
Porc from Alontejana (Porc à l’Alontejana) with cockles, the sauce is delicious, I like the beautiful colours of fresh parsley, lemon and pickles. The dish is cooked with attention.
Le bilan
I love this kind of plans, 14,70 euros with coffee. When you think, it’s crazy in 2016.
