Les vins de la Trottinette – Paris (75011) en

Mauro, from the Sicilian tratorria “la Trottinette” now also sells wine.
Yesterday he organized a meet and greet with wine producers.
I tried two wines that I really enjoyed.
This Dos Tierras looking for a perfect balance between the Spanish Tempranillo and the Sicilian Nero d’Avola, in the wine producer Leonardo Sciascia’s image, a Sicilian married to a Spanish woman from Seville.
Very flavorful, strong in taste, we’d almost want to drink it without eating, it doesn’t need anything else. Otherwise it can be paired with some nice spicy pasta or some good red meat.

This Costa dell’Ape Sauvignon blanc from Adamo, very fruity, ideal when paired with seafood.
