Summary
It’s a little coffee shop/ store located right in front of the skate shop Bugaboo and the restaurant.
The young man at the front was honestly not nice, however the two young women that were taking care of the coffee shop at the back were very nice.
There is also a nice little calm courtyard, god are we ever far from the tourist crowd.

The verdict
Good deal as long as you focus on the good energy at the back rather than the one at the front.
