The venue
It’s not easy to find the entrance, because you have to go through a business building, and the entrance doesn’t mention a bar, trust the address and don’t worry. Once in the hall, you’ll see a security guard, let him know you’re going to UP, or just make make your way to the elevators.
The view at the top is spectacular, especially on a nice day. A truly awesome spot, small, but very popular.
People come here to drink some beers or for a cocktail, there’s no food.
